Transportation Planner

To work on a range of transit planning and transportation studies.

- Multimodal Transporation Plans
- Transporations & Land Use Studies
- Transit planning & operations
- Intermodal planning & design
- Transportation Policy
- Pedestrian & Bicycle Studies
- GIS analyses

Work includes research and writing reports and presentations, completing and documenting analytical studies, participating in client and stakeholder meetings, and coordinating with internal and external partners.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning or Engineering with a focus on Transporation Planning; Master's degree preferred

Three to five years of relevant work experience

Qualities:
- Be able to perform both analytical & qualitative analysis work
- Good communication skills essential for team-based working
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Need to work independently and take on increasing levels of responsibility for specific tasks
