Purpose:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day route operations
 
Responsibilities:
? Coordinate the dispatching and routing of customer deliveries
? Supervise all transportation employees (15 employees)
? Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure they are maintained and secure
? Manage route operations systems, paper work flow and work schedules
? Conduct training for new hires and driver safety programs
? Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in accordance with Recall standards.
? Coach, council and develop staff to provide superior customer service
? Ensure all employees adhere to Recall?s policies and procedures
? Analyze the transportation function in order to achieve maximum efficiency and quality service
? Ensure prompt and accurate delivery/pickup of all service requests
? Interface and coordinate with operations and customer service.
? Communicate with customers to research and resolve transportation issues.

Qualifications:
? 5 years of transportation management/supv experience
? College Degree
? Strong written and verbal skills
? Excellent Organizational skills
? Routing experience, preferred
? Industry experience, preferred
