Position Description: As a Transportation Support Representative you will provide support to branch office Sales Representatives.  You will utilize C.H. Robinson?s customized software systems and Microsoft Applications to complete assigned tasks.  Additional duties for this position include, but are not limited to, reporting/tracking, filing, correspondence, documentation requests, and general administrative duties.  This position also ensures support in areas such as branch financials.

 

Accountabilities:

? Answer incoming calls

? Accounts Receivable

? Accounts Payable

? Ad Hoc Reporting

? General administrative assistance

? Customer follow-up

? Projects as needed

 

Required Qualifications:

? High school diploma

? Effective communication skills

? Professional phone etiquette

? Strong computer skills

? Attention to detail and accuracy

? Multi-tasking skills

? Team oriented

? Previous Accounts Receivable and Payable experience
