Trip Coordinator - School Bus

Krapf Bus Companies has an opening for a full-time Trip Coordinator for our School Bus division at the Glenmoore, PA facility. 

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

While supporting the Krapf Bus Companies vision and mission in all activities, and demonstrating the companies core values of commitment, open communication, respect and excellent service, the individual reports to the Division Manager and is responsible for:  coordinating trips/charter scheduling & processing; serving as liaison between school districts, clients, outside vendors; preparing detailed computerized trip schedules for drivers; preparing trip estimates and provides to Operations Manager for approval; routing materials in various stages for approval by school districts, clients & account services; taking complaints from parents, schools, transportation directors and customers; processing trip changes & communicates to supervisor(s) and/or driver(s); compiling school district & client billing, and resolving discrepancies; and assisting in operation functions.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

? High School Diploma or Equivalent

? Clear written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Good organizational skills and attention to detail

? Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

? Good management skills

? Computer literacy ? internet software, spreadsheets, database software, word processing

? Demonstrate attention to detail
