Over The Road Dispatcher Position:

 

Regional OTR Trucking Company seeks experienced dispatcher for its linehaul operations dept. Responsible for assigning OTR drivers for the conveyance of freight, followup overdue vehicles, resolve transportation conflicts & maintain customer relations.  Qualified candidate must possess direct hands-on dispatch exper. supervising drivers.  Min. of 5 yrs. supervisory experience in the trucking industry w/ability to motivate.  Handles after-hours calls on a rotating basis and coordinates driver and customer invoices. Must possess excellent cust. svc., organizational, and commun. skills, with the ability to learn.

* Geographical knowledge.

* Experienced scheduler
* Fluid problem solving skills.
* Skilled in Word and Excel.

* Experience using Qualcomm
