WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE/DRIVER

Safelite Glass Corporation is the market leader in after market auto glass replacement, repair and distribution with more than 5,500 associates nationwide. We are seeking Warehouse workers and drivers to work in our Tallahassee, Florida facility. The successful candidate must have great customer service skills in order to deliver our product to internal and external customers. Safelite offers excellent benefits, and the opportunity for growth. Experience driving a forklift is a plus.

 

As a warehouse associate at Safelite, you will complete orders by loading and delivering product. Duties Include:Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, placing orders in delivery area and on delivery vehicles. Complete deliveries by driving vehicle to and from wholesale and retail customers. Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs. Maintain quality service by following organization standards. Maintain dafe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstation neat, maintianing a clean shipping supply area, and complying with OSHA and company safety procedures. Completes reports by entering required information. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educatinal workshops, and reviewing  publications. Must work some Saturdays.
