WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING SUPERVISOR

Diamond Foods, Inc (DBA Diamond of California) is looking for a Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor. Diamond is a $500M branded Food Company and leading domestic and international marketer of culinary and snack nuts. This position will be based in Diamond's Stockton facility and will be responsible for:



? Ensuring the safe and cost effective, receipt and shipment of products
? Establishing and achieving Shipping and Production Goals
? Ensuring product quality specifications are met to the highest expectations
? Effectively managing warehouse/shipping operations in safe manner in accordance with SOPs
? Establishing and managing effective training and progression programs
? Day-to-day supervision of warehouse team members, including hiring of lift drivers, loaders, and shipping and receiving office personnel

REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired
? Demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of warehouse, shipping, and receiving in a food manufacturing system
? Demonstrated supervision experience
? Strong analytical and quantitative skills
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be able to multi-task and work in a team environment
