Warehouse Auditing Supervisor

DESCRIPTIONAshley Furniture Industries, Inc. is the largest furniture manufacturer in the North America with 2+ billion dollars in annual sales. As a result of tremendous growth, we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Auditing Supervisor at our distribution center in Orlando, FL.

Manage and maintain auditing process to ensure inventory accuracy of finished goods. Provide daily direction to the auditing department employees.

Reconcile daily inventory reports; verify correctness by performing audits and cycle counts. Ensure that all measurements regarding warehouse performance are prepared on a timely basis and effectively maintained. Promote new methods to reduce damage to products, equipment, and facilities. Assist in conducting year-end physical inventories and audits.

Manage employee performance and assist employees in making improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews.

Exercise a moderate amount of independent judgment and discretion. Make routine choices and frequently non-routine choices within established guidelines.REQUIREMENTS-Measure and control performance goals and standards
-Possess strong systems and continuous improvement orientation
-Obtain required company-issued PIV license
-Proficient in MS Office and Internet
-Effective interpersonal communication skills
-Provide effective leadership; lead and direct others to generate expected results
-Analytical and problem solving skills
