Warehouse Clerk/Coordinator
FedEx Ground has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Clerk /Coordinator to work in our package warehouse facility in West Deptford NJ. The Warehouse Clerk/Coordiantor will work with customer shipments and resolve delivery challenges, address corrections and incomplete addresses, packaging issues and general processes regarding customer shipments. This is a hands-on, full time position with a start time @ 3:00 PM.
The candidate: must be able to handle packages ranging in weight from a few pounds to sometimes 100 lbs.
must have have a good clear phone voice to communicate with customers both internal and external.
must have basic computer skills to do address searches and enter data into the computer.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
