We have opportunities in both our Las Vegas Secure Destruction Services and Document Management Services locations for full and part time Warehouse Clerk/Courier positions.

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: First shift (FT), 6:00am to 2:30pm and Second Shift (FT) 8:00am to 4:30pm; Part Time shifts vary



Primary responsibility: Warehouse clerk (Information Center Specialist)



Duties include:

? Picking and stocking files and/or cartons from/to assigned storage locations

? Working safely

? Working with computer inventory systems

? Validating picklists

? Communicating face to face with clients

? Completing and filing company paperwork

Secondary responsibility: Courier

Duties include:

? Scheduled and emergency deliveries using company box trucks

? Successfully navigating city streets and highways

? Interacting directly with clients

? Shipping and receiving files and cartons using barcode scanners

? Working with computer inventory systems

? Validating work orders

 

Experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right person. **MUST be an "A" player** Basic computer skills a must. Qualified applicants will be 21 and be able to pass a drug screen, DOT medical exam, extensive background and DMV check. Applicant's driving record cannot include any of the following:

? Driving while under the influence (DUI) in the last three years.

? At fault accidents in the last three years.

? No more than three moving violations in the last three years.

 

Position requires occasional overtime, lifting up to 75 pounds and climbing short stepladders. Successful candidates will be flexible to handle changing schedules and responsibilities based on client requirements. Must possess attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, be responsible, self-motivated, able to work alone, and desires to be part of a winning team.
