Warehouse Coach

Summary/Responsibilities of this position:

This position is located at the Houston Retail Support Center and reports to the Facility Leader. This candidate would be responsible for the daily operations: receiving, inventory control, selection, stacking, and shipping activities. Successful candidates must be able to provide effective leadership of operational execution and planning to ensure the absolute best service to the retail customers

Requirements:Bachelor?s degree in Management or related field (preferred) or minimum of four years experience in a position that requires supervision of others.Good analytical ability and decision making skills as demonstrated through handling special projects or assignmentsStrong leadership skills with the proven ability in coaching & developing others as demonstrated through handling special projects or assignmentsAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and writtenMust have computer skills to include working in a Windows-based environment, Microsoft Word, Excel, and emailDemonstrate flexibility and capability to learn in a fast paced environmentAbility to motivate partners and establish challenging team/individuals goals.
