SAFELITE, the market leader in after market auto glass replacement, repair and distribution with more than 6,500 employees nationwide is seeking a Warehouse Lead with great customer service skills for our Ontario, CA location. 

 

A Warehouse Leadat Safelite completes shipments by pulling, processing, loading and delivering orders. Daily duties include: 

 Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; placing orders in delivery area and on delivery vehicles. Works with Warehouse Manager to assist with scheduling and supervision of Warehouse Associates Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from wholesale and retail customers. Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs. Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with all OSHA and company safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Completes reports by entering required information into computer Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Skills/Qualifications:  Computer skills, Previous experience in an office, Teamwork, Coordination, Organization, Planning, Time Management, Reporting Skills, Inventory Control, Documentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Data Entry Skills, Dependability.

 

ALL CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE TO BE CONSIDERED
