As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for the efficient and customer focused operation of our Houston warehouse Additional responsibilities include:


- Recruiting, hiring and training warehouse associates in all aspects of their responsibilities including safety OSHA requirements
- Working with the district management team, wholesale sales, and corporate staff to identify cost efficiencies and sales opportunities.
- Ensure the security of all company assets.
- Ensure that all paperwork is properly completed and inventories are conducted.
- Maintaining productivity of all warehouse associates including monitoring and evaluating their performance.

To qualify you must:
- MUST have a minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience, managing a team
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years warehouse experience
- Have strong communication skills
- Be highly successful in motivating and training team members.
- Be highly organized and computer (PC) literate.
- Be able to operate warehouse lifts, packing equipment, and company vehicles.
- Have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
