Warehouse Manager - Design Showroom

This job entails: responsibility for daily overview of stock, client orders, store display and ordering.

 

-  Accepting shipments and checking for possible shipping damage;

-  Unpacking shipments and confirming orders are correct (not damaged within packing);

-  ?Distribution? of product: i.e. compiling orders, as well as preparation of product deliveries with delivery notes/instructions;

-  Entering purchases received within the data bank;

-  Phoning clients for collection of orders;

-  Complete all necessary procedure involved;

-  Complete procedure of RGA?s;

-  Compiling & faxing 2x weekly (purchase orders);

-  Follow up with vendors (2x weekly) for shipping dates;

-  Recording store/stock items with emphasis on Lutron products & misc. bulbs;

-  Maintain item price changes in data bank and price changes of floor items;

-Conduct local market research for new business contacts with contractors/electricians.

 



Hours: Monday ? Friday 9:00am ? 5:00pm with ? hour daily lunch break
