Warehouse Person II

Overview The objective of this role is to support the US Trust branches by maintaining accurate inventory levels and services the branches when they order their collateral from the warehouse in Coppell.


 


Description


Position will report to the Warehouse manager and perform all facets of warehouse duties related to US Trust collateral. Theses duties include • Picks, packs, and ships products (order filling) for internal and external customers. • Troubleshoots problems identified while performing normal functions or supporting fellow staff, production or management. • Puts away stock, and replenishes stock shelves as needed or directed. • Transfers out collateral using High jump system • Validate inbound freight with paperwork and properly reports discrepancies • Performs inventory counts as directed. • Escalates inventory shortages/issues to Supervisor as needed. •  Understands and utilizes Inventory management system (High Jump) at a base level. Performs all other duties as prescribed by the warehouse manager.


 


Requirements


High school diploma or equivalent. 2 + year of forklift and warehouse experience required, forklift license preferred. • Good communication, interpersonal, and PC  skills. • Good math skills • Ability to learn RF inventory management systems. Proficient in Microsoft excel and word. Must be able to frequently lift 50+ pounds. Able to work at heights up to 20' off of the ground. Must have 1-2 years prior receiving and shipping experience.
