Warehouse Position needs RMA Experience

Excellent RMA Opportunity   Job Description: Excellent opportunity with a growing company that has a need in their warehouse department:  Reads returns schedule or customers return requisition to determine items to be returned to vendor or company.  Troubleshoots incoming return to see if product is faulty and decide weather to send back to vendor.  Maintaining inventory records and records amount of materials returned. Data entry experience is a plus to enter in returns. Good communication skills are necessary to talk to vendor and customer to troubleshoot problems.

Hours: 8:00am ? 5:00pm

Length: Temp to Perm

Pay: $13.00 there will be overtime

Must be Available IMMEDIATELY!!!!

 

Requirements:

3 years of warehouse experience

6 Months plus of RMA

Experience tracking orders online via Fex-Ex and UPS

Experience updating Spreadsheet information in Excel
