Janitorial Staff
Veterinary Hospital on east side of Denver is looking for the right person to join our janitorial crew to care for our site of over 33,000 square feet. This person will be responsible for janitorial services, light painting, upkeep, some landscaping, and the overall appearance of the interior as well as exterior of the building.
We are looking for someone who will be full time and is willing to work Monday thru Friday 12:00 am to 8:00 am. We offer 401K, medical, dental, life insurance and vacation time. This person must be self motivated, work effectively and efficiently without supervision. Looking for long term commitment.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning hospital and groundsCleaning counters and furniture Cleaning all floorsCleaning of walls, windows and ventsWaxing of hard-surface floorsClean outside entrances, sweep walkways and pick up parking areaReplenish paper supply dispensersMinor repairsPerform other duties as assigned
