Outside Account Representative

Consolidated Disposal Service a subsidiary of Republic Services the nation?s 2nd largest solid waste services provider is searching for a self-starter, aggressive, outgoing outside sales representatives for our Santa Fe Springs Location. The ideal candidate is comfortable in cold calling and B2B sales

 

 

Essential Job Functions:Develop and maintain business relationships with customers through periodic follow up, proactive customer service, prompt attention and resolution to concerns or issues and timely contract updates. Administer and preserve all price initiatives to customers.Increase revenue through selling additional services to current customers. Retain existing accounts through personal contact, proactive customer survey?s and contract updates. Handle customer cancellation request with priority and personal follow up.Resolve Customer issues or problems; answer customer questions regarding account and services; including face-to-face meetings as needed.Execute the sales and overall goals of the division as directed by management.

 

 

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

 

?  1-2 years outside experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

?  Understand customer service philosophies.

?  Able to perform basic mathematical skills and related to business use.

?  Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).  Capable of learning internal sales CRMS software system.

? Must be able to travel within sales territory 80% of the time.

? Waste industry experience highly desirable.
